Q. Is HR Home Inspection available in all locations in Washington? While we're committed to servicing all neighborhoods, we're currently offering inspections in King County including Seattle, Federal Way, Renton, Kent, Bellevue, Issaquah, Sammamish, Redmond, Kirkland, Bothell, Lynwood and Everett.
Q. How long will the home inspection take? Typically a thorough home inspection takes about 2.5 to 3 hours, more or less, depending on the size of the property. This does not include the delivery of the report which is provided within 24 hours of completing the inspection.
Q. Can I be present at the property during the inspection? Yes, absolutely. We encourage our client with us on site during the inspection. That way, you can get a real-time look at what we discover and ask questions which will help you better understand the report later on.
Q. Are inspection reports in English only or others? HR is bilingual home inspection company in Seattle who can speak and write English and Korean. We can deliver inspection reports in either (or both) language to your preference.
